By creating an account or using Pocket-Coach (the "Service"), operated by Love Lab Coaching, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Pocket-Coach is an AI relationship coaching assistant trained by Love Lab Coaching and shaped by Viktor Domahidy's coaching methods. It provides coaching support, prompts, and practical next steps. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice, or crisis support.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

• New members receive a 7-day free trial.
• After the trial, access requires an active paid subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• Using it for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Relying on it as a substitute for professional, medical, or emergency help.

The Service offers coaching support only. It does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis or need professional help, please see our Safety Disclaimer and contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Lab Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
